International Business Graduate Programme

The Ei International Business Graduate Programme provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to commence their career journey with a leading global Irish Multinational where they can make a meaningful impact globally in keeping people safe and well in their homes.

Over 24 months, our programme is designed to provide you with real-world commercial experience – working on live projects, guided by experienced mentors, providing full and expert support.

How it works

The Ei International Business Graduate Programme is 24 months in duration, and is designed for high-potential commercially focused individuals, offering opportunities for professional development, cross-functional exposure, and skills enhancement.

It provides a structured environment where participants have the opportunity to rotate across different teams within the organisation, allowing them to experience all aspects of the business and foster collaboration and innovation.

Overseas Secondment

A key element involves a secondment to one of Ei’s overseas subsidiaries during the 24 months of the programme. 

Commercial Skills

The program focuses on developing relevant commercial skills within participants’ areas of expertise, as well as enhancing soft skills such as communication, project management, and personal effectiveness.
