Over 12-24 months, our flexible 9-module graduate programme is designed to provide you with real-world engineering, manufacturing and commercial experience. You’ll work on live projects, guided by experienced mentors providing full support.

The 9-module programme is designed to provide a broad cross-functional experience. And the programme is flexible. We’re happy to tailor it to match your preferences. On completion, we aim to offer graduates a full-time role.
