Graduate Programme – Engineering and Commercial
The Graduate Programme provides graduates with the freedom and opportunity to express themselves as part of the inspirational team at the forefront of business and technology development.
The Programme is designed from 9 modules, which provide engineering, manufacturing or commercial experience. The format is flexible enabling it to be altered as required to take account of individual interests and preferences.
Engineering:

- NPI (New Product Introduction)

The graduate programme format is flexible allowing graduates to work in a number of engineering or business areas over a 12-to-24-month period.
It is intended that graduates will be offered a full-time role with Ei at the conclusion of the Graduate Programme.
