  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and controls.
  • Manage the timely and accurate issuing of inventory to manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and support the implementation of warehouse process improvements, particularly in the areas of scanning technology, lot-code management, traceability, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture, including routine equipment inspections (e.g. forklifts), safe working practices, and maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Ensure warehouse security and control access to restricted warehouse areas, permitting entry only to authorised personnel.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Third-level qualification in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing or supervising a busy warehouse operation.
  • Strong systems aptitude with proven experience in warehouse management systems, scanning technologies, and lot-code management.
  • Experience working with inventory control processes and maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.
  • Forklift licence and material handling experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and engage with global suppliers.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience motivating, developing, and directing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Opportunity to lead operations within a modern, purpose-built logistics facility.
  • A key role in driving warehouse transformation and systems development.
  • Collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Career development opportunities within a leading Irish manufacturing organisation.
