Job Title: New Product Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

The NPI department is responsible for managing the realization of new or improved products working with various departments within the organization (such as production, R&D, quality, purchasing, test).

As part of the NPI department, you will be responsible for documenting, planning, monitoring and validating changes, as well as creating compliant product documentation in various European languages taking into account the relevant local standards and legislations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop:
  • Product documentation compliant with product standards but also local standards and legislations. This includes labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.
Create:
  • the product parts list (BOM) on the ERP system for the relevant markets where products are going to be sold.

Collaborate:

  • with graphic designer on packaging creation in relation to compliance and correctness of content.
Liaise:
  • with sales offices in relation to documentation validation.
Assess:
  • change request received for validity and determine appropriate lead time for completion.
Document:
  • and communicate changes internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.
Support:
  • production staff in the understanding of the changes to be rolled out and with day-to-day queries.

Qualifications & Experience

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) or Business & Law (BBL) degree.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a HR Business Partner role in a manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting roles like production operatives and technicians is a must, preferably in an electronics or high-volume manufacturing environment.
Skills
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS office, teams, web)
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a collaborative environment.

*Detail oriented, highly organized, reliable, resourceful with strong ethics Fluency in German an advantage
